Return & Exchange Policy
At Johanmr, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible item, we are here to assist you.
1. Return Policy
You may request a standard return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets all return requirements.
To be eligible for a standard return, the wig must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, uncolored, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
Due to hygiene considerations, wigs that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, styled, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for a standard return.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at sl01179355@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please do not send any item back before receiving return approval and return instructions from Johanmr.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so that our team can review your request.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, Johanmr may provide a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Return & Exchange Shipping Fees
Standard Returns:
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to Johanmr.
The customer must use a trackable shipping service and provide the return tracking number or proof of shipment to our customer service team after the item has been shipped.
Original shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable for standard change-of-mind returns.
Because our products are shipped internationally, return shipping costs may be higher than the original delivery charge.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, Johanmr will cover reasonable return and replacement shipping costs where required.
4. Return Process

Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide the return address and detailed return instructions.

Ship the item according to the instructions provided by our team.

After shipping the return, provide the return tracking number or proof of shipment to our customer service team.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
A standard return may not be accepted if:

More than 3 days have passed since delivery.

The wig has been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, styled, or otherwise altered.

The item has been damaged due to improper use, care, or handling.

The original packaging or required accessories are missing.

The item is returned without prior approval or return instructions from Johanmr.

The customer fails to provide valid return tracking information or proof of shipment when requested.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed to collect the package within the carrier's holding period, any additional shipping, redelivery, or return costs may be the customer's responsibility.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws, Johanmr will handle the matter in accordance with those legal requirements.
