Return & Exchange Shipping Policy

2. Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and provide photos of the damaged item along with your order number.

3. Return & Exchange Shipping Fees

  • Returns: Unless the product has quality issues, the shipping cost for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging a product due to quality issues or shipping damage, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
